Nobody Puts Nicola Lloyd In The Corner

As part of our second Behind the Scenes feature we would like to introduce you to Nicola Lloyd, Specialist Sales Team Leader and 80s film fan.

 

With so many exceptional destinations on offer our expert sales team are knowledgeable travellers with a passion for the Classic Collection products. Within our reservations department our Specialist Sales team are on-hand to further assist our customers on making their luxury tailor-made holiday that little bit more special. Nicola and her team are responsible for holidays by rail, group bookings, weddings & honeymoons, passengers with disabilities and Bermuda holidays.

Background

Nicola joined Classic in 2005 after working in sales at a range of travel agencies, which built up her knowledge of the travel industry and her excellent skills in customer service. With qualifications in Travel & Tourism Nicola was attracted to a position at Classic by the appeal of working for a smaller company with a high-quality luxury product.

With a passion for travel Nicola has visited a range of Classic destinations although, when we asked her where her favourite was we couldn’t agree more with her response: ‘Bermuda. It’s a fairly short flight and the people, food and climate are all amazing. It’s just beautiful!’ Apart from revisiting Bermuda, we asked Nicola where else was on her travel wish list. She chose Morocco and Le Maison Arabe: ‘It’s a destination I’ve never been too and it really interests me! Also, the hotel looks stunning, I would love to go and be pampered!’ That sounds perfect Nicola!

Life away from the office

 

When Nicola’s not offering luxury holidays to our customers or liaising with travel agents she enjoys keeping fit at the gym and walking her dog Tia, listening to McFly, socialising with friends and watching 80s classics such as Dirty Dancing and Grease.
