M/S Captain Bota is a 41m long motor cruiser with 18 spacious modern cabins, all fully air conditioned and with twin or double beds, satellite LCD TV, safe and two portholes or a window, plus en suite shower room with wc and hairdryer. The upper deck comprises a spacious air-conditioned salon-restaurant with panoramic windows and a bar, WiFi and large screen LCD TV as well as a covered area on deck for dining. On the upper level is a partly shaded sun deck with loungers and a rooftop Jacuzzi and there is a swimming platform allowing for easy access to the sea. A buffet breakfast and set lunch is provided on board each day, often whilst you are cruising to your next destination and each evening there's the opportunity to choose your own restaurant for dining. Normally, there's plenty of time every day to relax, swim and explore although the cruise itinerary may be modified to suit local weather conditions. It is advisable to bring a beach towel (or available to rent at €7/ week).

Day 1
Saturday: Embark in Split for dinner and overnight on board.

Day 2
Sunday: Morning departure towards Bol with its vast golden pebble beach and after lunch, head to Hvar Island for a tour around Hvar Town with opportunity to dine at one of the local restaurants.

Day 3
Monday: After breakfast cruise to Korcula Island, locally acclaimed birthplace of Marco Polo. Late afternoon arrival with lunch aboard and a swim en route. Dinner in restaurant of your choice.

Day 4
Tuesday: Cruise to UNESCO World Heritage site of Dubrovnik arriving in the afternoon for a tour of the city. Evening and dinner at your leisure.

Day 5
Wednesday: Morning departure heading for Mljet Island for a walk around the Great and Small Lakes of Mljet National Park (entrance fee payable locally). Evening at leisure.

Day 6
Thursday: After breakfast sail for Pucisca on Brac Island, lunch on board and stop for a swim in one of the bays. Dinner in local restaurant of your choice.

Day 7
Friday: Morning cruise from Brac to the ancient town of Omis and after lunch cruise towards Split for a guided tour of the city. Evening and dinner at your leisure.

Day 8
Saturday: Disembark in Split after breakfast.

Port tax of approximately €25 per person payable locally.

Cruise tips
The fully qualified captain and crew will prepare a welcome dinner on the first night, breakfast on board each day and lunch on board on six days: they will clean your cabin midweek, and will be pleased to recommend local restaurants for dinner each night. Tourist and port taxes and entrance to Mljet National Park are payable locally, budget approximately €40 per person. You may wish to tip the captain and crew at the end of the cruise which, although discretionary, the norm tends to be approximately €65 per guest. All local bills are to be paid in cash only. Cash can be obtained from any ATM's in the ports of call.
